When recruiting properties we look for somewhere which will allow us to have office space for a house manager, these will be onsite for most of the day or at the very least between normal working hours during the week, they will be able to ensure that any services they have arranged are being taken care of satisfactorily and that all facilities are ok and are easily contactable should the residents need any assistance with anything.
We will only take properties where there is good security in place or somwhere that has the facilities that will allow us to expand and add security features for our clients. We place a cally system in all of our accommodation and this is linked to one of our sister companies who are called Cirrus they have a call centre that is manned twenty four hours a day so if you are ever in trouble you always have someone there waiting to assist.
