Now in their third year, these awards are now established as the property management industry’s ‘Oscars’ where both individual and company success in the past year is recognised.
This year’s experienced independent judging panel were made up of property experts representing the different stakeholders in the industry: leaseholders, managing agents and freeholders. All three judges have a commitment to driving up standards in the industry and applied a critical eye to the nominations.
Judges:
Georgiana Hibberd – an Associate Director of the RICS Residential Faculty who produces guidance and advice for RICS members and the public on residential issues.
Ian Fletcher – Director of Real Estate for the British Property Federation (BPF) where he oversees the BPF’s work on planning, regeneration and sustainability.
Bob Smytherman – Chairman of FPRA (Federation of Private Residents’ Associations), a local county councillor and RMC Director, who regularly appears on national media talking about residential leasehold issues.
