Personnel manages issues such as recruitment, employment contracts, payroll, performance management,
employee welfare and communication. Our Training & Development team offer a wide range of training
programmes to develop key skills.
Our Health & Safety Manager provides advice and support for Property Managers in meeting their health and safety responsibilities such as risk assessments, COSHH, managing asbestos, CDM and electrical testing.
Compliance
Gerry Fox is Head of Compliance. As a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Gerry
monitors property management performance standards and liaises with industry bodies such as
ARMA and RICS.
Legal
Our in-house Legal team provide support for Property Managers on any legal matter encountered in the
exercise of our management.
Right to Manage (RTM)
We offer a RTM consultancy service providing advice to flat owners on their ability to take over
the responsibility for the management of their building.
